Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to the JarTrivTech website and to Kaela. It is designed to keep the service lawful, stable, and honest about the fact that Kaela is AI.

1. Rules

You must not:

• break the law or encourage others to do so;
• attempt unauthorised access to this site, Kaela, or any related system;
• upload malware, or conduct denial-of-service or credential-stuffing attacks;
• scrape the site or Kaela in a way that overloads our infrastructure;
• misrepresent Kaela as a human, or use her output to impersonate JarTrivTech staff;
• submit personal data of others, secrets, or special category data into Kaela;
• use Kaela to generate content for cyber-attacks or to evade security controls;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• harass, threaten, or abuse people via email, the booking tool, or chat.

You must follow the Kaela AI Terms and Terms of Use.

2. Enforcement

We may remove content, block access, retain logs, and involve law enforcement where we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been broken. Report abuse to legal@jartrivtech.com.
